The navigation bar above contains direct links to websites maintained by John, including his 24/7 home daycare, Toddlerbright Home-Centered Child Care, located in Lewisville, Texas; and The Poetic Exchange, a poetry sharing site where writers from all over the world gather to read and review the works of fellow poets. It will not be completely online until sometime in the spring of 2008. Membership is open to both amateur and professional writers.
John studied Early Childhood Education at the University of North Texas and Child Development at Texas Woman's University. He has an extensive background in the early care field, having spent the past 7 years employed in Lewisville for both public and private preschools. During which time, he held the professional titles of infant teacher, toddler teacher, preschool teacher, pre-k teacher, kindergarten teacher, infant and toddler departmental head, program administrator, and director. In addition to his Texas Child Care Director's Credentials, John is also a Certified Food Manager and possesses 14 other educational certificates for working with young children.
